So far, Henan has agreed to invest US$340 million in Kyrgyzstan, with imports and exports amounting to US$32.49 million in the last three years. Especially in agricultural cooperation, the "Asia Star Agricultural Cooperation Zone" was successfully constructed and passed the state confirmation examination in August 2016. While realizing the cooperation of Henan and Jilin agricultural whole industry chain, it also greatly promoted the development of Henan enterprises to go out to sea and gather overseas.

Kyrgyzstan is a country rich in mineral resources, but it is not a developed country. The average temperature in November in Kyrgyzstan is close to 0 degrees. Due to the relatively backward agricultural production technology, most of the fresh vegetables on the market in winter in Kyrgyzstan can only be supplied by Xinjiang for a long time. 

 In 2011, Henan Guiyou Industrial Group went to Kyrgyzstan to invest in the construction of "Asia Star" agricultural cooperative zone. It not only sent cucumbers, mushrooms, chicken and other vegetables raw meat to the local winter table, but also rapidly promoted the local biogas power generation, cold chain logistics projects.
