In view of its "green, professional, redundant development prospects" characteristics, the State Investment and Export Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Kyrgyzstan signed a memorandum of cooperation in the economic and trade fields with the China-Kyrgyzstan Asia Star Agricultural Industry Cooperation Zone, a state-level foreign economic and trade cooperation zone developed by Henan Guiyou Industrial Group on June 6. Under the framework of the memorandum, the Kyrgyz government will provide positive support to the cooperation area to help them grow and grow.

        According to the memorandum, the State Investment and Export Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan will establish a partnership with the Asia Star Agricultural Cooperation Zone to promote the export of commodities and foodstuffs to China under the principle of mutual benefit.

       C Josef, Minister of the Ministry of economic affairs of Kyrgyzstan, is full of expectations for the development of the cooperation zone. After the signing ceremony, he told Xinhua that Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Economy was full of hope for the project in the Asia Star Agricultural Cooperation Zone. He hoped that Asia Star, one of the largest agricultural cooperative zones in Central Asia, would continue to develop and be implemented smoothly. "The Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan will do its utmost to provide support and cooperation to Asia Star."

       Orozbekov Alymbek, the director of the Kyrgyz National Investment and Export Promotion Agency, is one of the most docked Kyrgyz officials with Asia Star. He told reporters that the Asia Star project is not only a key project of agricultural cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan in 2017, but also occupies a considerable share in the history of agricultural cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan. The Asia Star project will not only benefit Kyrgyzstan, but also serve as a model for agricultural development in the surrounding areas. Therefore, after the signing of the memorandum, Kyrgyzstan's State Investment and Export Promotion Agency will make every effort to provide support in the economic and trade fields.

       In December 2012, Kyrgyzstan put forward its "Stable Development Strategy for 2013-2017", namely the five-year economic development plan of Kyrgyzstan, in which "sustainable development, green, environmental protection" has become an important focus of economic development.

       Orozbekov told reporters that "green development and green economy" is one of the most important components of Kyrgyzstan's economic development plan. The government of Kyrgyzstan pays special attention to ecological problems while developing its economy. Therefore, all projects developed and implemented in Kyrgyzstan need to conform to the rigid policy of "green and environmental protection". The development concept of Asia Star Agricultural Cooperation Zone is highly consistent with Kyrgyzstan's green economic development policy. He hoped that the Asia Star project would become a model for Kyrgyzstan and its neighboring regions to cooperate in green agriculture.

       Zhang Jinzhou, chairman of Guiyou Industrial Group, said that the cooperation zone is mainly for domestic enterprises interested in developing industry, science and technology in Kyrgyzstan to provide a bag-type stationing platform for its rapid production and sales to provide legal, market consultation and other assistance. At the same time, the cooperative zone uses Kyrgyzstan and even Kazakhstan's high-quality natural pastures and vast arable land to build a green, ecological, pollution-free cultivation, breeding, slaughter, food processing, deep processing complete industrial chain, so as to provide more consumers with assured food, for more Chinese enterprises "going out" It also promotes the upgrading of local agriculture and animal husbandry industries, increases local employment and taxes, raises the income of Kyrgyzstan's agriculture and herdsmen, and promotes local consumption and economic development.

        China Henan Guiyou Industrial Group began to develop Asia Star Agricultural Cooperation Zone in Kyrgyzstan in 2011. After five years of development, Kyrgyzstan's Asia Star Agricultural Cooperation Zone has become the leader of the CIS Agricultural Cooperation Zone because of its perfect infrastructure, complete industrial chain and green ecological operation concept. On August 4, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Finance identified it as the National Overseas Economic and trade cooperation zone. .          At present, the cooperative zone has been stationed in 8 enterprises, committed to livestock and poultry breeding, planting, slaughtering, processing, marketing and other projects. According to the introduction, the next step, the cooperation zone plans to further improve and develop cattle and sheep slaughter production lines, food processing production lines, printing and packaging, cold chain logistics and other production chain, in order to attract more enterprises to settle.
